You Don’t Have to Navigate Life’s Hardest Moments Alone.

My name is Molly, and I have been providing counseling services for the past decade. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, groups, families, and couples, helping them navigate life's challenges and work toward improved emotional well-being. My journey into the counseling profession began when I was a teenager and grief unexpectedly entered my life, changing what had previously felt like an easygoing world. Becoming part of a counseling community during that time had a lasting impact on me and inspired my passion for helping others through their own difficult experiences.

I am particularly passionate about working with individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and specific phobias. I also have a special interest in helping clients process trauma and navigate grief, recognizing that many people carry difficult experiences beneath the surface while continuing to put on a brave face. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. I want to walk alongside you as you work through uncomfortable experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and find a path toward healing and emotional wellness.
