Our Story

Embracing Inner Peace was created to provide a different kind of care—one that looks at the whole person, not just individual symptoms. I, Mary, have had the privilege of working in healthcare for the past 20 years in all facets. During that time, I saw firsthand how many people were struggling to find care that truly addressed what they were experiencing. That realization led me to create a practice where patients could receive comprehensive, compassionate care in one place.

Our team combines the expertise of a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed therapists. This allows us to integrate psychiatric care, therapy, and hormone optimization when appropriate. By bringing these elements together, we are able to better understand the root causes of symptoms and create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans.

We believe healing and recovery are deeply personal processes. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their path toward wellness.

Many of the people we care for are balancing careers, families, relationships, and the many responsibilities of daily life. We understand how easy it is to put your own well-being last. Our approach is collaborative and individualized, taking the time to truly listen and support each patient in finding balance again.

Our mission is to inspire hope and facilitate lasting change, helping patients move toward greater clarity, stability, and a renewed sense of themselves. Because when mental health and physical health are treated together, people don’t just feel better—they begin to reconnect with who they truly are.
