Telehealth is a convenient option for many patients and often can be done during a lunch break or before work/school. Telehealth appointments can be scheduled starting at 8:00AM (CST) and follow up appointments are usually about 20 minutes.

TELEHEALTH REMINDERS
While Telehealth appointments allow patients to have access to mental health care from the comfort of their home, it’s important to remember that these appointments should be handled the same way an in person appointment would be.

Make sure to have your co-pay paid and all documents updated before your appointment time to prevent missing or delaying your appointment.
Log in to your portal and open your appointment 5-10 minutes early.

Verify your appointment time and time zone. Reminders are sent by email in Central Time. Make sure to double check the time well before your appointment.

Stay in the waiting area until your provider is ready and contact the front office if your wait has exceeded 15 minutes past your appointment time. Leaving will result in a missed appointment fee if you have not contacted the office first.
Notify office if you are having technical issues ASAP to avoid a no show fee.
